The Black-Faced Mare

 

Meet The Black Faced Mare (BFM) or Black Betty, as she is affectionately called.  Betty is a direct daughter of The Road Sweeper UK, born in 1997 and imported in 2003.  We purchased Betty in the fall of 2004, in foal to Grand Vanner stallion Ard Ri.  She gave us an awesome colt in March 2005.  We intend to keep Betty for our broodmare band, but may part with her to the right home.  Betty is co-owned by Vintage Vanners and Gypsy Hollow.
